Who We Are
A Mobile Extension of Award-Winning Coffee
Nebula Coffee Cart was created to bring the specialty coffee shop experience directly to weddings, corporate events, private parties, and community gatherings across Ohio.
Founded by Eric Irwin — owner, head roaster, and lead barista behind Orion Coffee and Tea and Strider Coffee Roasters — Nebula Coffee Cart combines expertly crafted drinks with warm hospitality and a passion for quality coffee.
The story began in late 2018 when Eric and Sharayah Irwin purchased Telemetry Coffee Roasters and rebranded as Orion Coffee and Tea in 2019. Since then, they have expanded to offer fresh small-batch roasted coffee, premium loose-leaf teas, and handcrafted café beverages served with consistency and care.
